Passion Camp 2026
This July, our students will join thousands of middle and high schoolers in Daytona Beach for Passion Camp—a week centered on the glory of Jesus. Through powerful worship, biblical teaching, high-energy Squad Wars, and plenty of time with friends and leaders, students will experience a week designed to deepen their faith and create lasting memories.
This year’s theme comes from Isaiah 26:8: “Your name and your renown are the desire of our souls.” Our prayer is that every student returns home with a bigger view of God and a deeper desire to follow Him.
Thank you for entrusting your student to us—we can’t wait for this incredible week together. Here’s everything you need to know to get ready.
Before You Go
Electronic waivers due Friday, July 10. Every student attending Passion Camp must have two waivers on file before arriving at camp: the electronic Passion Camp Waiver, which was sent to the parent email address provided during registration, and the RCY Medical Liability Waiver, our standard release for all RCY events. If you've already submitted the RCY waiver for a previous event, you're all set — no need to complete it again. If we don't have one on file for your student, please fill it out using the link above. Students who do not have both waivers on file will not be permitted to participate in Passion Camp until the completed forms have been received.
Camp cost: $450 ($75 registration). Please pay in full by Friday, July 10. If you need additional time, email kevin@rivercitychurch.com to make arrangements. The only cash your student needs is meal money for travel days.
Questions before camp? Contact Jocelyn Davis at jocelyn@rivercitychurch.com or Kevin Snow at kevin@rivercitychurch.com.

Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

All Passion Camp main sessions take place at the Ocean Center (101 N Atlantic Ave), right across the street from the hotel.
Squad Wars — Go Cyclones!
Our team color is WHITE! Squad Wars runs three mornings — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday — so each student needs three white outfits (one per day).
The crazier and more creative, the better — it earns team points! We encourage fun, creative ways to wear white: white wigs, beads and necklaces, face paint, white hair spray, headbands, tutus, pom-poms, socks, sunglasses — whatever makes your student stand out. Students sometimes team up to make DIY white shirts ahead of time. Be extra — go all out!

Dinner on Monday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Tuesday through Thursday, and breakfast on Friday are all provided.
Travel Meals: Students should bring money for lunch on the drive to Daytona on Monday and lunch on the drive home on Friday.

No PDA. Guys are not allowed in girls’ rooms, and vice versa.
Stay in your rooms after being dismissed from group time. If a student does not follow this rule, parents will immediately be called to pick up their student.
Participate fully in all group sessions and activities. Leaders supervise all free time, including the beach and pool.
Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen!
Health & Medication
All medication must be listed on the registration form, handed to the designated RCC leader at check-in, and administered by that leader. Students may not self-medicate, other than carrying an emergency inhaler or EpiPen. Passion Camp has medical personnel on-site at all times for emergencies.
